QUALITY CONTROL

Measured performance.
Recognized capability.

Shandong Airmaster’s laboratory is CNAS accredited (L16411). Across the two major manufacturing bases, refrigeration-equipment testing centers span more than 3,000 m².

These centers simulate extreme operating conditions for central HVAC equipment. Testing employs the enthalpy difference method and the water-side calorimetry method to measure cooling capacity, heating capacity, airflow rate, water flow rate, air resistance, and electrical parameters, covering equipment such as air-cooled chillers, heat pump units, water-cooled packaged units, and fan coil units.

WHAT WE VERIFY

The parameters behind performance.

Cooling capacity

Equipment cooling output under defined test conditions.

Heating capacity

Heating performance across simulated operating conditions.

Air volume

Airflow measurement for air-conditioning equipment.

Water flow

Water-side flow measurements during performance tests.

Water resistance

Hydraulic resistance under the specified test setup.

Electrical parameters

Electrical measurements of operating equipment.

HOW WE VERIFY

A clear view of verification.

From setup to review, each stage recreates operating conditions, records key parameters and confirms equipment performance.

01

Set up

Define the equipment, rated conditions and performance parameters.

02

Simulate

Simulate the required operating conditions, including demanding extremes.

03

Measure

Measure by enthalpy-difference and water-calorimetry methods.

04

Review

Review cooling, heating, airflow, water-side and electrical performance.
